Shipping policy

We currently only ship within Austria.

To ensure you receive your order on time, please note the shipping days in our online shop.

Delivery time: The standard delivery time for orders is 1-3 business days after shipment (Austria).

Shipping days: Orders are processed on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday until 1:00 p.m. and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after Thursday afternoon will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Shipping costs for online orders from end consumers and B2B:

Austria:

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over € 48. Orders below this amount are subject to € 5.90 shipping costs.

Business customers (B2B): Shipping costs are based on the rates displayed at checkout. Up to 4 boxes can be shipped per package. Orders of 5 boxes or more will be delivered in multiple packages. The 5th box is free of shipping costs.
